The City Mini is an ordinary full-size stroller. It's best known for being lightweight and compact. It also does well in all our categories, although it's not higher than some of the competition due to the poorly-placed windows and storage that's a bit blocked.
This is a great stroller for families who need something to help them get through the everyday and occasional adventures. It comes with a wide footrest that is cushioned. This makes it more comfortable for toddlers. The seat reclines to a pretty flat position, but we found it a bit tricky to do and took two hands. The adjustable calf support is an excellent feature that allows your child's feet to lift up when they're tired.
The City Mini, like many other strollers in our list, has a large canopy that is UV50. Parents love it. The sun shade is beautifully constructed and can be pulled all the way down which is a great thing since it keeps your baby completely safe from the sun without the need to keep tucking it back into the right spot.
The City Mini can be easily transformed into a double-stroller simply by attaching an additional kit. This gives you the possibility of using any Baby Jogger car seat and creating an entire travel system right from the start. The only downside is the fact that adding a second seat to the stroller can alter its appearance and feel. Some parents might find this difficult to manage once they become accustomed to it.
Another option to the City Mini is the City Mini GT Double Stroller. It is a bit more expensive than the single City Mini but it does include additional features, such as "forever air" rubber suspension and tyres, making it suitable for off-road excursions. It also comes with an adjustable handlebar as well as a hand-operated parking brake, which makes it more comfortable to use than the standard City Mini.
